What we collect

We collect what you type into our form, plus a few details about how you got here.

Step 1 of the form: your name and phone number. We save these as soon as you tap the button on step 1, even if you never finish step 2.
Step 2: your yard size, street address, ZIP code and, if you choose, your email.
Which page you were on, and how you arrived: the site that sent you, and any ad or link tags in the web address, such as UTM tags or click IDs from Google or Meta (like gclid or fbclid).

Your browser keeps a small record of how you arrived, in local storage on your device, for up to 90 days. It is sent with the form when you submit it. You can clear it in your browser settings.

If you call or text us, we keep notes on that contact. If you become a customer, we also collect what we need to schedule and bill your service.

How we use it

We use it to contact you about your request and to give you your yearly estimate.

To call or text you about your estimate and weed control service.
To schedule work, send invoices and keep business records.
To see which pages and ads bring in requests, so we can improve the site and our marketing.
To protect the site from spam and misuse.

Who handles it

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it so others can market to you.

We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, or when the law requires it.

Hosting and database: Cloudflare hosts this site and stores the form entries.
Our website and marketing provider, who runs this site for us.
Email delivery tools that tell our team a new request came in.
Jobber, which we use to manage customers, scheduling and invoices once you become a customer.

We may also share information to meet a legal duty, such as a court order, or to protect people or property. If Guardian Landscape is sold or merged, your information may go to the new owner.

Analytics and advertising

Right now this site does not load Google Analytics, Google Ads or Meta tags. This section tells you what would change if we turn them on.

We may use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion measurement and Meta measurement. They use cookies or similar tech to count visits, see which ads led to a request, and show our ads on other sites. They may collect your IP address, device and browser details, the pages you view, and the ad that brought you here. When someone sends a request, we may send these tools the event and a scrambled (hashed) version of the phone number or email, so they can match it to an ad click. We would not send your name or street address.

We may also use call tracking, which swaps the phone number you see so we can tell which ad produced a call.

Your privacy choices

You can limit tracking in several ways.

Global Privacy Control: if your browser sends this signal, this site sets Google advertising storage, ad user data and ad personalization to denied, and asks Google to redact ad data. It does not turn off Google analytics storage. If you do not send the signal, those ad settings are allowed.
Google: you can manage ad personalization at Google Ads Settings (adssettings.google.com) and opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on.
Browser: block or clear cookies and local storage in your browser settings.

This site does not respond to Do Not Track signals.

Calls and texts

When you submit the form, you agree that Guardian Landscape, LLC may call or text you at the number you gave about your request and estimate.

Agreeing is not a condition of buying anything.

Your rights: see, fix or delete

You can ask what we have about you, ask us to fix it, or ask us to delete it. Call (928) 396-1577 or email info@prescottweedandpest.com.

We may need to confirm it is you first. We will respond within a reasonable time. We may keep some records if the law or our business records require it.

How long we keep it

We keep lead information as long as we need it to respond to you, provide service and keep business records. Then we delete it or remove what identifies you.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including HTTPS when you use this site. No website or system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

Children

This site is not for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them. If you think a child sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date at the top.
